This data is used exclusively to process your inquiry and is not passed on to third parties. The data is stored until your inquiry has been completely processed and then deleted, unless there are statutory retention obligations.
Since most apps do not collect data themselves, there is no storage period by the apps. Data from the contact form is deleted after processing is complete. For Duke It Out, account and game data are stored until deleted via an in-app support ticket.
The processing of data from the contact form is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (initiation of contract) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in processing inquiries).
The processing of account and game data by Duke It Out is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (performance of the usage relationship by providing the app's functions). Advertising-related data processing in individual apps is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent, where given via the respective system prompt) or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in financing free app offerings).
For security reasons, this website and the Duke It Out server use HTTPS encryption. This means that data you submit via the contact form or within the app is transmitted in encrypted form.
